Comprehend and Respond and Compose and Create: NOT meeting grade 1 expectations (end of grade 1). Think about then.... if this is not meeting expectations how can we at least have Kindergartens successful in the areas metioned in the document. Don't we want students by the end of grade 1 to meet or exceed expectations? Food for thought:)
